Make a 3D space exploration photo frame
By combining vacuum forming, cutting machines, and 3D printing technologies, you can create richly detailed and visually stunning frame decorations. In this video, we will demonstrate how to use a vacuum former, 3D printer, and paper cutter to craft a cool 3D space exploration-themed photo frame.

Material of use
HIPS 0.5mm sheet、IKEA RIBBA 23cmx23cm photo frame、LED strip、Cloud paper、gray spray paint
Procedure
- Download the STL and print it out with 1.5mm shell & 20% infill
- Use HIPS 0.5mm plastic sheet to form the shape
- Load the cloud paper on the cutting machine to cut the space shuttle jet graphics and the sky graphics from the SVG file
- Load the HIPS 0.5mm sheet on the cutting machine, cut the tower and launch pad graphics from the SVG file and spray them with gray spray paint
- Paste the LED strip on the back plate of the IKEA photo frame
- Put the cutted cloud paper and tower pattern into the IKEA photo frame, and put the back plate back
