Use FORMART to create a hanging clamshell for a water purifier

In this video, our talented engineer Luke designed a water purifier filter hanging card blister for the InnoVEX exhibition. This design not only features a convenient snap-on mechanism but also enables mass production through laser cutting.

Material of use

PET 0.3mm、SpiderMaker EX-450HR resin

Machine of use

FORMART S Smart Vacuum Former 、Phrozen Transform FAST 3D Printer、FLUX Beamo Laser Cutter

Procedure

1. Download STL file and print it through Phrozen 3D Printer
2. Use 0.3mm PET to form the blister by FORMART
3. Use a FDM 3D printer to print the Laser Cutting alignment fixtures
4. Use FLUX Beamo Laser Cutter to cut the PET blister
