FORMOVA features an upward mold-lifting design that raises the mold into the heated plastic sheet. This approach keeps the material evenly stretched before forming, reducing sagging caused by gravity and producing more uniform wall thickness with sharper details—especially on large parts.
Compared with conventional downward-forming systems, the upward mold-lifting structure provides better material control for large-format and deep-draw vacuum forming.
