Magnetic combined honeycomb display frame lamp

The advantage of vacuum forming lies in its ability to effortlessly create a variety of transparent blister shapes. In this video, we will demonstrate how to use the FORMART Smart Vacuum Former along with a 3D printer to produce a lamp featuring a magnetic attraction and a honeycomb display frame.

Material of use

PET 0.5mm sheet 5W LED with USB wire 、magnet 10*5*2mm x 12pcs、M2x10mm round head selfthread screw*6pcs

Procedure

new version assemble video

 

  1. Download STL and print it out.
  2. Use PET 0.5mm sheets to form the hexagonal blister shells
  3. Cut the hexagonal blister along the bottom surface, the directly insert it into the tenon of the honeycomb frame
  4. Cut several 66mm*55mm transparent or white PET sheets and put them into the side of the frame
  5. Assemble the hexagon frame to fix the side panel
  6. Put the 10mm*5mm*2mm magnet into the frame slot
  7. Put another hexagonal blister into the tenon of the rear frame cover, and align it with the tenon on the hexagonal frame to buckle it ti complete
