Use FORMART to make fire distinguisher doll with box

People often ask us, "Why do I always have uneven thickness from the formed shells? In fact, the reasons for the uneven thickness of the shells are quite complicated, such as whether the heating temperature of the plastic plate is uniform enough and whether the mold shape is reasonable. In this example, we designed a unique fire distinguisher doll and its packaging molds that ensures even thickness.

PET 0.3mm sheet、HIPS 1.0mm sheet、SpiderMaker EX-450HR resin、TAMIYA TS series spraying paint、GUNZE MR.SURFACER 1000 SPRAY

FORMART 2 Smart Vacuum Former 、Phrozen Sonic Mighty 4K 3D printer

Procedure

1. Download STL & print it out by Phrozen Sonic Mighty 4K 3D printer. Pease reduce the doll size to 70% for your printing, otherwise it will not fit the blisters.
2. Spray a thin layer of GUNZE spray paint on the surface of the fire distinguisher doll, and after drying, spray Tamiya TS spray paint to ensure close adhesion of the paint.
3. Download the STL mold files of packaging box, use PET 0.3mm plastic sheet to make the top cover and HIPS 1.0mm plastic sheet to make the bottom pan.
4. Cut out the shells and put in the doll parts to finish.
